Guidelines for Use
Users of the Facility do so at their own risk, as well as their dog(s). Desert Dog Oasis is not liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog(s) in or outside of the off-leash area. Desert Dog Oasis is not liable for any injury or damage caused by any person in or outside the facility.
Cooperation between dog owners is expected, including keeping order and enforcing dog park rules. Be kind to everyone!
Collars are to be present and securely fastened on dogs in and outside of the off-leash area. Leashes should be attached securely and held by the owner outside the facility and upon entering till in the designated area.
A dog handler 18 or older must be present at all times and is solely responsible for the action of their dog(s) and any guests accompanying them.
Maximum number of dogs per adult is 3 and all dogs must remain in the same area of the owner.
Dogs must remain in sight of the owner and should never be left unattended in the park.
Dogs running free in the park should remain away from the gates when other dogs are entering and exiting.
No aggressive dogs are allowed. Immediately leash your dog and exit the park if aggressive behavior is displayed.
Never handle or approach another person's dog without asking permission from the owner first.
Dogs that are in heat, under 6 months of age, or without proper vaccination records are not permitted into the park.
Patrons are responsible to clean-up and dispose of feces left by their dog. Failure to pick up after your dog may result in a fine or a revoke of membership.
